PURPOSE: An optical imaging analysis method of cerebral hemodynamics is provided to improve optical imaging analysis by configuring a post processing and an analysis processing modifying an image as a user interface. CONSTITUTION: Optical imaging data and electroencephalography data are acquired(S220). The optical imaging data are reconfigured as a 3-D matrix(S245). The electroencephalography data are reconfigured as a -D vector. Information about variation of hemodynamics reaction is generated. If a stimulator signal is greater than the predetermined value, the stimulator signal is removed.
