TUNDISH COVER ABSORBING DEFORMATION CAUSED BY HEAT EXPANSION OR CONTRACTION WHERE A COVER UNIT AND AN AUXILIARY COVER UNIT ARE PROVIDED IN A DISLOCATED FORM AND A TUNDISH INCLUDING THE SAME
PURPOSE: A tundish cover and a tundish including the same are provided to weld a main cover unit inclinedly to the upper part in order to absorb the deformation caused by the heat expansion or contraction of refractories and each frame, thereby preventing the deformation of the tundish.;CONSTITUTION: A tundish cover includes a main cover unit(A), an auxiliary cover unit(B), and a refractory block type mounting hole. The main cover unit has a first slope with the cross section area which is widened from the lower side to the upper side. The auxiliary cover unit is provided to support the side of the main cover unit and has a second slope corresponding to the first slope. The refractory block type mounting hole is a hole for inserting molten steel or a preheating device which is provided to at least one between the main cover unit and the auxiliary cover unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
