The present invention comprises the steps of (a) preparing a microalgal slurry comprising 200 to 1000 parts by weight of water based on 100 parts by weight of the dry microalgae; (b) irradiating microwave to the microalgae slurry for 3 to 8 minutes and then drying to obtain pretreated microalgae; And (c) extracting oil from the pretreated microalgae. Extraction of oil from microalgae pretreated with microwaves has significantly increased the extraction yield of raw materials for biodiesel oils by about two to three times as compared to the extraction of oils from microalgae without microwave pretreatment. Chlorophyll content in the blood is significantly reduced by about 1/6 to 1/7. Therefore, when biodiesel is produced by transesterification or esterification from the raw material for biodiesel according to the present invention, biodiesel conversion may be significantly increased and high quality biodiesel may be obtained.
