PURPOSE: An EMTDC(Electromagnetic Transient DC Analysis Program) analysis system is provided to remarkably reduce circulating current and power loss by providing a transient characteristic analysis result due to a surge by lightning through CNCV(Concentric Neutral type Crosslinked Polyethylene Insulated Vinyl Sheathed Power Cable) distribution cable analysis modeling. CONSTITUTION: A CNCV distribution cable analysis system(100) includes a lighting surge unit(110), a lightning arrester(120), a connection unit(130), a CNCV cable unit(140), a cable impedance extraction unit(141), a current/voltage analysis unit(150) and an analysis result display unit(160). The lightning surge unit generates surge current according to input of a plurality of parameters with respect to lightning surge and supplies the surge current to the lead-in unit CNCV cable. The lightning arrester is connected to a core of the lead-in unit CNCV cable and the other terminal of a resistor connected to the ground. The CNCV cable unit includes a first CNCV cable in the connected three-phase, a second CNCV cable and a third CNCV cable in which both ends are opened. The cable impedance extraction unit calculates unit impedance with respect to the each cable. The current/voltage analysis unit analyzes current or voltage at a predetermined output point according to generation of predetermined surge current.
