The present invention relates to a composition for treating atopic dermatitis comprising Acer ginnala leaf extract or quercetin-3-O- (2 ″ -galloyl) -α-L-rhamnopyrannoside as an active ingredient. The composition of the present invention relieves skin lesions in experiments in NC / Nga mice, an animal model of atopic dermatitis, and decreases the number of eosinophils in blood and the levels of IgE and Th2 cytokines in blood, resulting in very good anti-atopic activity.
