PURPOSE: A directivity LED lamp for a security lamp and a security lamp device including the same are provided to increase lighting efficiency by directing emitted light to a lower direction after separating a reverse angle cone shaped substrate settling member from a base at a lower part for mounting at a upper part.;CONSTITUTION: A base(20) is fixed in a lower part of an optical permeable globe(10). A heat radiation member(30) for radiating heat accommodates a power substrate, which supplies power to an LED substrate(100), inside. The heat radiation member comprises a heat radiation pin(31) protruded in a radial shape at outer periphery for radiating heat. A conduit tube(60) is installed between the base and a substrate settling member(40). The substrate settling member is fixed at the edge of the lower opening part of the heat radiation member. The LED substrate comprises a sub LED substrate(120) fixed at the slope surface of the substrate settling member and a main LED substrate(110) fixed at the lower surface of the substrate settling member.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
