PURPOSE: A dangerous factor detection system using a binaural insertion type hearing aid is provided to propagate a dangerous situation to other people in the outside by operating an external speaker or an LED module when if a dangerous situation is found according to a biometric analysis result. CONSTITUTION: A hearing aid device(100) is capable of wirelessly communicating with the outside by including a communication module(190). A relay server(500) wirelessly communicate with the hearing aid device and transceives specific data. A plurality of distribution guide servers(600) are connected to the relay server. The hearing aide device includes a plurality of camera modules(130,140) acquiring an outside image and transmits the acquired image data to the relay server. The relay server transmits the image data to a plurality of distribution guide servers. One of the distribution guide servers analyzes the image data, detects an external dangerous factor in the unconfirmed region of the wear wearing the hearing aid device and transmits a first warning sound to the hearing aid device if an external dangerous factor is detected.
