PRESSURE AND FLOW RATE AUTO-CONTROLLABLE EXPERIMENTAL DEVICE BY APPLYING A PID CONTROLLER FOR A SAFETY ANALYSIS OF A PIPELINE TRANSPORT PROCESS OF CARBON DIOXIDE MARINE GEOLOGICAL STORAGE, CAPABLE OF REDUCING NEGATIVE EFFECTS OF THE TRANSPORT PROCESS CAUSED BY CHANGES IN AN EXTERNAL ENVIRONMENT
PURPOSE: A pressure and flow rate auto-controllable experimental device by applying a PID(Proportional Integral Differential) controller for a safety analysis of a pipeline transport process of carbon dioxide marine geological storage is provided to simulate changes in an external environment condition caused by properties of soil heat transmission and a seasonal change, thereby enabling to grasp a pressure decrease and heat transmission properties when transporting carbon dioxide.;CONSTITUTION: A pressure and flow rate auto-controllable experimental device by applying a PID controller for a safety analysis of a pipeline transport process of carbon dioxide marine geological storage comprises a first evaporator(2), a first reciprocating high-pressure compressor(3), a first compressed air flow meter(41), a first accumulator(4), a first PID controller(43), a second proportional integrate-derivative controller(44), a first pressure regulator(5), a high pressure heat exchanger(6), a liquid receiver(7), a second electric micro flow rate control valve(45), a reactor(11), an impurity path, and a test unit(23). The first evaporator performs a heat-exchange of liquid carbon dioxide with air, thereby converting into gaseous carbon dioxide. The first reciprocating high-pressure compresses the gaseous carbon dioxide at high pressures. The first accumulator reduces the pressure pulsation of the gaseous carbon dioxide of high pressures. The first compressed air flow meter measures a flow rate, thereby transmitting the same to the first PID controller.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
