PURPOSE: An energy management server system and a ship building system for optimal ship building environment are provided to control each factory facility based on a working manual through communication with a field control unit. CONSTITUTION: A collecting unit(110) collects realtime energy consumption information of factory facilities(400) and factory facility monitoring and controlling information from a field control unit. A facility control unit(130) supplies factory facility control information to the field control unit. A management information generator(140) generates the realtime energy consumption information, the factory facility monitoring and controlling information, and standardized working manual information. An HMI(Human-Machine Interface) processing unit(150) supplies a user interface.
