PURPOSE: An elastic contact device for turning over the page of a book is provided to turn pages by a new method which does not exist ever before. CONSTITUTION: An Elastic contact device for turning pages comprises: a connection part for connecting to a transferring means; a frictional bar, in which frictional units are combined to front side upwardly and downwardly, is installed to the connection part to move front and back. A spring elastically supports the frictional bar around the connection part.
