PURPOSE: Undrawn polyethylene terephthalate yarn, undrawn yarn and tire cord including the same are provided to restrict movement effectively a steel belt in a tire by offering high shrinkage stress, and to restrict noise in driving of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A degree of crysrtallinity of undrawn polyethylene terephthalate yarn is 25% or greater. A birefringence rate of the undrawn polyethylene terephthalate yarn is 0.85 ~ 0.11. An amorphous orientation factor of the undrawn polyethylene terephthalate yarn is 0.15 or less. A melting point of the undrawn polyethylene terephthalate yarn is 258 C or greater. The tire cord includes a cap ply(4), a belt(5), and body ply(6) etc.
