PURPOSE: A shape control method of an anatase-type TiO2 nanostructure is provided to enable shape change from anatase type TiO2 nanoparticles to anatase type TiO2 nanoflakes.;CONSTITUTION: A shape control method of an anatase-type TiO2 nanostructure comprises the following steps: manufacturing a precursor solution by mixing a titanium precursor, a catalyst, and a solvent; manufacturing the anatase type TiO2 nanostructure by electro-spraying the precursor solution into a closed chamber in which the relative humidity is consecutively controlled at 30-45%, 50-65% and 70-85%; and crystallizing and plasticizing the anatase type TiO2 nanostructure.
