The present invention relates to a biomarker for diagnosis of human ST segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) and, more specifically, the use of Fetuin-B as a biomarker for early diagnosis of STEMI using a characteristic that the Fetuin-B expression in patients with STEMI is significantly increased than patients with stable angina. The present invention enables the preliminary diagnosis of STEMI which is still cryptogenic using the serum protein Tetuin-B of STEMI patients. The Fetuin-B protein according to the present invention is used for the development of diagnosis kit and medicine for STEMI since the Fetin-B promotes T-cell migration and enhances matrix metalloproteinases(MMP)-2?‹ which is associated with the rupture of atheromatous plaque, and remarkably increases in the serum of STEMI patients compare with the same of stable angina patients, thereby being used as the biomarker for STEMI.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
