BOTH-SIDE THREAD PATTERN FORMING DEVICE OF A VELVET LOOM CAPABLE OF FORMING PATTERNS ON BOTH SIDES OF VELVET BY DIVERGING A PAIR OF HEALD GROUPS BY USING A WIRE AND VELVET THEREBY
PURPOSE: A both-side thread pattern forming device of Velvet loom and Velvet thereby are provided to form various designs with a series of patterns on both sides of the Velvet by dividing a pair of heddles using a wire.;CONSTITUTION: A both-side thread pattern forming device of Velvet loom comprises a pair of heddles (10), a main body (20) and a connecting tool (30). The heddles include a plurality of healds (11) connected to pattern yarn in order to correspond to the width of the pattern on both sides thread and are arranged to be correspond to both sides of the Velvet (2). The main body is installed in upper part of the heddle and includes one or more of mouth gags which exercise up and down by electrical signals of a controller (21). The connecting tool comprises the main body and the wire (31) which connects the heald group to the main body and includes the wire connected to both sides thread in order to form patterns on threads of both sides at the same time.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
