PURPOSE: A method for building public structures of a reinforced polymer cement concrete material is provided to utilize ultra-rapid hardening cement, reinforcing chips, and an acrylic resin solution, thereby enabling various types of designs while expressing the texture of a cement concrete.;CONSTITUTION: A method for building public structures of a reinforced polymer cement concrete material includes the following steps of: mixing rapid hardening cement, a reinforcing material for blending, and an acrylic resin solution at a predetermined ratio; solidifying the mixed material inside a mold to mold the desired shape of the public structure; and separating the solidified public structure from the form. 300-1000 g of reinforcing chips, which are the reinforcing material, are added into 25 kg of rapid hardening cement. The weight of one rapid hardening cement package is 25 kg. The amount of the acrylic resin solution is 10-30 wt% with respect to the total weight of the rapid hardening cement and the reinforcing chips. The reinforcing chip is composed of a mixture of two or more materials selected from an alkali-resistant glass fiber, an optical fiber, a polyamide fiber, a polypropylene fiber, a polyethylene fiber, and a carbon fiber.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013;[Reference numerals] (AA) Mixing and blending materials (rapid hardening cement + reinforcing material for compound + acrylic resin solution); (BB) Polishing internal surface for glossy effect of product surface; (CC) Pouring mixed material in a mold to mold public facility product; (DD) Demolding (completing final public facility products)
