PURPOSE: A light therapy apparatus is provided to prevent the secretion from the wound of a patient from flowing into the apparatus, thereby preventing damages in the inner parts of the apparatus and keeping the efficiency of illuminating units.;CONSTITUTION: A light therapy apparatus comprises a body(110); an illuminating unit(120); a protective cover(130); and a cleansing unit(140). A seat is formed on the upper part of the body, and the body opens upward. The illuminating unit is formed on the lower part of the inner body and radiates upward. The protective cover is placed on the upper side of the illuminating unit and prevents foreign materials from flowing into the illuminating unit.
