PURPOSE: A food tray washer in a tunnel type is provided to consecutively perform washing, rinsing, and drying processes of food trays as the food trays in which are roughly washed are directly supplied to a food tray input unit without adding separate workforces because it can be connected to a rough washing unit.;CONSTITUTION: A food tray washer in a tunnel type comprises a washing unit, a rinsing unit (600), a drying unit (700), and a food tray transfer unit (400). The washing unit comprises a mixed solution tank, a mixed solution spraying unit, and an insulating member (800). The upper surface of the mixed solution tank is opened in the lower side of the food tray transfer unit and is filled with the mixed solution of the predetermined amount of water and detergent. The mixed solution spraying unit sprays the mixed solution of water and detergent to upper and lower surfaces of the food trays moved in a horizontal direction by the food tray transfer unit. The insulating member is installed to surround an outer wall of the mixed solution tank and insulates the inside of the mixed solution tank.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
