TRANSPARENT CONDUCTIVE FILM BASED ON GRAPHENE OXIDE/SILVER NANOWIRE HYBRID HAVING EXCELLENT MECHANICAL STABILITY AND FLEXIBILITY BY THE STRONG INTERACTION BETWEEN GRAPHENE OXIDE AND SILVER NANOWIRE
PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a transparent conductive film is provided to manufacture simple and environmentally friendly transparent conductive films used to manufacture touchscreens, organic light emitting diodes, flat panels, and solar cells.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a transparent conductive film based on graphene oxide/silver nanowire hybrid comprises the steps of: manufacturing a film of graphene oxide with nano-thickness; manufacturing silver nanowire by reducing silver nitrate with ethylene glycol in the presence of polyvinylpyrrolidone; attaching the silver nanowire to the film of graphene oxide; manufacturing a transparent conductive film by drying the film of graphen oxide containing the silver nanowire network; and thermally annealing the transparent conductive film.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
