A METHOD FOR COLOR DESIGN PAVING ON THE SURFACE OF ASPHALT PAVEMENT BY ARTCREAT STAMP METHOD USING COMBINED ARTCREAT STAMP EQUIPMENT, DESIGN PATTERN TYPE TEMPLATE, AND TWO LIQUID TYPE COLOR COATING MATERIAL
PURPOSE: A colorful patterns paving method for an asphalt pavement surface layer using an Artcrete stamp method with a pattern carving template, a two-liquid type color coating material, and combined Artcrete stamp equipment is provided to reduce production costs by automatizing a pattern carving process and to improve the visibility of patterns carved on a pavement. CONSTITUTION: A colorful patterns paving method for an asphalt pavement surface layer using an Artcrete stamp method with a pattern carving template, a two-liquid type color coating material, and combined Artcrete stamp equipment comprises the following steps: carving patterns on an asphalt surface layer using a stamp method with Artcrete stamp equipment which includes a heating unit, a pressing unit, and a pattern carving unit; and paving the asphalt surface layer with colorful patterns by applying the two-liquid type color coating material of main and curing agents or the two-liquid type color coating material of main and curing agents mixed with silica to make the asphalt surface layer to be two or three-dimensionally visible.
