PURPOSE: A dislocation phenomenon improvement method using the Floyd-Steinberg dithering and a computer readable medium having the 16 bit image dislocation phenomenon improvement program using the Floyd-Steinberg dithering reduce processing time by reducing memory usage from 16 bit transformation in 24 bit image system and by reducing the amount of data, and thus reduce battery consumption.;CONSTITUTION: A control unit of a smart phone receives a 24 bit image from the I/O interface and stores the 24 bit image in a storage unit (S11). The control unit initiates transforming the above-mentioned 24 bit image stored into 16 bit image conversion of (S12). The control unit performs the Floyd-Steinberg dithering on 24 bit image (S13). The control unit stores the above-mentioned 16 bit image transformed in the storage unit.
