PURPOSE: A method for designing a taper roller bearing by using an elastohydrodynamic lubrication (EHL) analysis method is provided to design a bearing structure by considering a state of an oil film, thereby improving the durability of the taper roller bearing and implementing a low friction property. CONSTITUTION: A lubrication state of a taper roller bearing is measured by using an EHL analysis method (S100). A structure of the taper roller bearing is determined corresponding to the lubrication state (S200). The lubrication state of the taper roller bearing calculates the size of an oil film. The lubrication state of the taper roller bearing calculates fluid pressure which is generated in the oil film based on the amount of elastic deformation of a bearing surface caused by generating pressure.
