PURPOSE: A system using an optical fiber lattice sensor for monitoring and managing a messenger wire is provided to enable to manage at remarkably low costs and to prevent problems such as the collapse of a telephone pole and a power down in advance.;CONSTITUTION: A system using an optical fiber lattice sensor for monitoring and managing a messenger wire includes a messenger wire (13), an optical fiber lattice sensor cable (12), an optical fiber lattice sensor measuring device (11), and an integrated monitoring server (16). The messenger wire is formed between telephone poles (14). The optical fiber lattice sensor cable is formed adjacent to the messenger wire along the messenger wire. The optical fiber lattice sensor measuring device is connected to a start end portion or a finish end portion of the optical fiber lattice sensor cable and receives signals from the optical fiber lattice sensor, thereby analyzing the signals and measuring. The integrated monitoring server is connected to the optical fiber lattice sensor measuring device through a network, thereby monitoring and managing the strain of the messenger wire by using the signals transmitted from the optical fiber lattice sensor cable.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
