PURPOSE: A smart metering network management system based on a zigbee architecture and a smart metering network management method using thereof are provided to distinguish the communication problem of the zigbee node with the power consumption device problem, and are provided to provide the distinguished information.;CONSTITUTION: A layout producing unit (110) uses an indoor positioning method of the zigbee node to produce the layout of the installation positions of a plurality of load. A zigbee monitoring unit (130) monitors the zigbee node from the load, based on the zigbee signal. A power consumption device monitoring unit (150) monitors the power consumption device based on the power consumption of the load. A load status determination unit (170) determines the abnormality of the load depending on the monitoring result of the zigbee monitoring unit and the power consumption device monitoring unit. The load status determination unit produces the status information.
