PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device and a driving method thereof are provided to initialize a node which is connected to a gate electrode of a drive transistor into an initialized voltage level.;CONSTITUTION: A first transistor(T1) connects a high potential voltage terminal or a second node. A switching transistor connects a data line or the second node. A second transistor(T2) connects a drain electrode of a drive transistor or a first node. An emission control transistor connects the drain electrode of the drive transistor or one electrode of an organic light emitting diode. A third transistor(T3) connects the one electrode of the organic light emitting diode and reduces a voltage which is applied to the one electrode of the organic light emitting diode.
