摘要
PURPOSE: An apoptosis-inducing fusion peptide which induces cancer cell-specific necrosis and removes cancer is provided to strongly cause apoptosis of a cancer cell line and to enable strong tumor regression. CONSTITUTION: A cancer-targeting apoptosis-inducing fusion peptide comprises: cancer cell targeting domain(CTD; R1-R7) containing an amino acid sequence of Arg-Xaa-Xaa-Arg-Xaa-Xaa-Arg; a linker sequence with an amino acid sequence of n=0-5; and a cell killing peptide(CKP) containing an amino acid sequence of sequence number 21(KLLNLISKLF) or an amino acid sequence with 70% or more of homology. A DNA or RNA oligonucleotide encodes the cancer-targeting apoptosis-inducing fusion peptide. [Reference numerals] (AA,DD) CTD domain(R1R2R3....R7); (BB,CC) CKP domain(KLLNLISKLF)
