PURPOSE: A resin composition for encapsulant of a photovoltaic module is provided to prevent corrosion of components, to minimize light loss, and to maximize efficiency of a solar cell module.;CONSTITUTION: A resin composition for encapsulant of a photovoltaic module comprises 99.45-99.998 wt% of an ethylene vinylacetate copolymer, 0.001-0.05 wt% of a metal nanoparticle, 0.001-0.5 wt% of a crosslinking agent. The ethylene vinylacetate copolymer has a melt index of 1-50 g/10 minutes. The content of vinylacetate in the ethylene vinylacetate copolymer is 20-40 wt%. The particle size of the metal nanoparticle is 100 nm or less and purity is 99.5% or more. The metal is one or more selected from gold, platinum, and silver.
