PURPOSE: A system for transmitting a school newsletter to parents by parsing a particular section of a document and a method thereof are provided to include an editable template in a school newsletter file, in which a parent can enter asked information. CONSTITUTION: A teacher terminal(100) writes or loads a school newsletter file(S501). A user selects a specific section of the school newsletter file(S502). The selected section is parsed(S503). The parsed section is reconstituted in a template form which is editable for inputting new information, and a new school newsletter file for transmission, which includes the template, is generated(S504). The new school newsletter file is transmitted to a parent terminal(120)(S505). The parent terminal runs an application(S506) and loads the transmitted file(S507). If the loaded file includes an editable template, the user of the parent terminal enters information into the input forms of the template(S508) and transmits the file to the teacher terminal(S509). The entered information is transmitted together with information about the parent terminal so that the teacher terminal stores the entered information in a database after mapping the entered information to information about parents(S510).
