PURPOSE: A 3D modeling-based intelligent building integrated automatic control and energy target management system and a method thereof are provided to build an intuitive monitoring system by applying a user interface function based on a 3D modeling building. CONSTITUTION: When target consumption energy is set according to the selection of a user, an integrated interface providing server(200) derives an optimal energy saving operating mode from an upper layer of a building control system(100). The integrated interface providing server calculates the costs, expected energy consumption, and energy consumption trends about the operating mode. The integrated interface providing server provides a control and monitoring interface expressed based on the 3D modeling building.
