PURPOSE: A non-covalent functionalized carbon composite is provided to uniformly dispersed in hydrophobic solution a polymer such as P3HT and to improve mobility of a filed effect of an organic thin film transistor 15 times.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a non-covalent functionalized carbon nanotube comprises a step of conducting reaction of an aromatic compound with aliphatic amine to obtain an oleophilic surfactant which contains an aromatic compound modified by aliphatic amide(S2); a step of obtaining a non-covalent functionalized carbon nanotube by mixing the oleophilic surfactant and carbon nanotubes(S3). The aromatic compound contains carboxyl functional group.
