PURPOSE: A GDI(Gasoline Direct Injection) engine fuel rail with a leakage preventing coating layer using vapor deposition is provided to prevent the generation of fine holes of Å size by inner inclusions of a metal material and to make the outer periphery of each part comprising the fuel rail uniform, thereby preventing the leakage of high pressure fuel.;CONSTITUTION: A GDI engine fuel rail with a leakage preventing coating layer using vapor deposition with a leakage preventing coating layer using vapor deposition comprises a fuel pipe(100), a pressure sensor coupler(110), a fixing bracket(120), an injector(130), a fuel supply unit(140), a fuel rail(10), and an integrated coating layer(200). The high pressure fuel supplied from a fuel pump flows in a fuel pipe. A pressure sensor for measuring the pressure of the fuel is joined to the pressure sensor coupler. The fixing bracket is joined to the fuel pipe for being stably fixed. The injector directly injects the fuel supplied through the fuel pipe to the inside of a combustion chamber. The fuel flows into the fuel supply unit. The fuel rail includes a stopper for sealing the other end of the fuel pipe. The integrated coating layer is formed thinly and uniformly on the external surface of the fuel rail by the vapor deposition.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
