摘要

PURPOSE: A carbon nanotube-graphene composite film, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to require no separate pre-processing for dispersing carbon nanotubes as carbon nanotubes are effectively dispersed in an aqueous solution, and to be able to effectively control variables such as size. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of carbon nanotube-graphene composite film comprises the following steps: a step of obtaining a mixed solution in which graphene oxide and carbon nanotubes are dispersed; a step of obtaining a carbon nanotubes-graphene oxide composite film by centrifugally rotating the mixed solution in the vacuum condition; and a step of manufacturing a carbon nanotube-reduced graphene composite film by reducing said carbon nanotube-graphene oxide composite film. The mixed solution is an aqueous solution. The reduction is processed by thermally processing the carbon nanotube-graphene oxide composite film under the hydrogen atmosphere.
