PURPOSE: A method for executing a Javascript-based web service program and a device thereof are provided to reduce a startup time of the web service program by reducing downloaded data of the web service program and a downloading time.;CONSTITUTION: A network interface unit(601) selects initial transmission data from data related to a web service program and a use library of the web service program based on a set reserved word in order to receive the same from a server. A Javascript executing unit(602) executes the web service program by using the initial transmission data.
