PURPOSE: An eluate from a progressive metamorphism of an illite, a manufacturing method thereof, and a cosmetic composition including the same for skin disease prevention are provided to reduce energy and time for processing by removing the necessity of finely grinding illite.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an eluate from a progressive metamorphism of illite comprises the following steps: a step of putting 2-95 weight% of illite and 5-98 weight% of water into a closed container, and heating at 90-400 deg. C; a step of maintaining the temperature at 90-400 deg. C for 1-10 hours after completely closing the container; and a step of collecting and condensing steam which is discharged when the container is opened.
