PURPOSE: An automatic speaking evaluating system, a method thereof, and a device thereof are provided to increase the accuracy of automatic evaluation by selecting content suitable for automatic speaking evaluation from existing content.;CONSTITUTION: An error collecting module(231) of a service providing unit(230) collects error information about one or more errors to store the information in an error database(221). A content selecting module(232) of the service providing module collects and stores content including the stored error information. When automatic speaking evaluation is performed according to a request of a terminal device, the service providing unit provides the collected and stored content for the terminal device. A communication unit(210) transceives data with the terminal device.
