PURPOSE: A combined millimeter wave image sensor of a single antenna structure is provided to emit signals from a millimeter wave signal source, and to receive the signals reflected by a target object with a single antenna, thereby simplifying a structure.;CONSTITUTION: A combined millimeter wave image sensor of a single antenna structure comprises a millimeter wave signal source(11), a circulator(12), an antenna(13), and a switch(14). The millimeter wave signal source is utilized for a signal source which supplies signals when the image sensor operates as an active image sensor. The circulator supplies the signal supplied from the millimeter wave signal source to the antenna, and receives the signals reflected by a target object when the sensor operates as the active image sensor and the signals naturally emitted by the target object when the sensor operates as a passive image sensor through the antenna, thereby transmitting the signals to the switch.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013;[Reference numerals] (10) Target object; (11) Millimeter wave signal source; (12) Circulator; (14) Switch; (16) Active image sensor; (17) Passive image sensor;
