PURPOSE: A plating layer reshaping apparatus of the steel sheet and method thereof are provided to reshape a plating layer on a welding line for connecting two steel sheets, thereby preventing the surface oxidation and surface layer decarburization phenomenon of a welded part caused by mechanical abrasion.;CONSTITUTION: A plating layer reshaping apparatus of a steel sheet includes a tool slide, a pair of abrasive members(200,200'), a welding machine(300) and a pair of sprays(400,400'). The tool slide transfers two steel sheets(10,10') wherein plating on the upper and the lower side is completed. A pair of pressure rollers pressurizes respectively the upper and the lower parts of two steel sheets. The pair of abrasive members removes the plating layer formed on the weld line of two steel sheets transferred through the pair of pressure rollers. The welding machine welds the weld line in which the plating layer is removed by the abrasive member. The sprays spray plating liquid on the surface of the weld line welded by the welding machine, whereby alloying by welding heat reshapes a plating layer.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
