摘要

PURPOSE: A multilayer coated wear-resistant member and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to reduce the size of a grain of a coating by adding silicon, thereby enabling to increase the hardness of the coating.;CONSTITUTION: A multilayer coated wear-resistant member comprises a base material(62) and a coating scheme(60). The coating scheme includes coating sublayers of TixAlySi100-x-yN(40 atom% = x = 80 atom%; 15 atom% = y = 55 atom%; 4 atom% = 100-x-y = 15 atom%) and other coating sublayers of TipAl100-pN(45 atom% = p = 100 atom%). One coating sublayer is TixAlySi100-x-yN with a composition of 50 atom% = x = 70 atom%; 20 atom% = y = 40 atom%; 7 atom%= 100-x-y = 10 atom%.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
