IMAGE FORMATION DEVICE SUPPORTING PEER TO PEER CONNECTION TO PREVENT AN IMAGE FORMATION DEVICE FROM PERFORMING WORK REQUESTED BY AN UNWANTED WIRELESS DEVICE AND A SECURITY MANAGEMENT METHOD BASED ON ITS SIGNAL INTENSITY
PURPOSE: An image formation device supporting P2P(Peer to Peer) connection and a security management method based on its signal strength are provided to measure the intensity of a signal received from wireless devices attempting connection with the image formation device or requesting a work and to manage security of the image formation device based on the measured signal intensity.;CONSTITUTION: A communication interface unit(13) is connected with an external wireless device through a P2P protocol. A connection management unit(12) manages connection with the external wireless device. A security management unit(11) includes a signal intensity measurement unit, a reference signal intensity setting unit and a signal intensity comparison unit. The security management unit measures the intensity of a signal received from the external wireless device.
