DEVICE OF A PRINTED ELECTRONIC WEB PRESS FOR CONTROLLING THE MOVEMENT OF A PLATE CYLINDER IN AN AXIAL DIRECTION, CAPABLE OF ACCURATELY MOVING THE PLATE CYLINDER IN AN AXIAL DIRECTION BY MOVEMENT CONTROL DIRECTIONS OF A VISION CONTROL SYSTEM
PURPOSE: A device of a printed electronic web press for controlling the movement of a plate cylinder in an axial direction is provided to establish a system for moving the plate cylinder, in which electrical circuit patterns are engraved, in the axial direction, thereby enabling a minute electrical circuit pattern print and an overprinting of a micrometer level.;CONSTITUTION: A device of a printed electronic web press for controlling the movement of a plate cylinder in an axial direction comprises a first servomotor(10), a first coupler(20), sliding bearing blocks(30a,30b), an idle block(50), a screw bracket, a guide block(60), a ball screw(62), and a second servomotor(70). The first servomotor rotates a plate cylinder(40) of a printing unit where printed electronic patterns are engraved. The first coupler connects the plate cylinder and the first servomotor horizontally moves in an axial direction of the plate cylinder. The sliding bearing block is joined to both end portions of the plate cylinder. The idle block and the screw bracket are fixed to one end portion of the plate cylinder. The lower part of the screw bracket is fixed to the guide block. The ball screw is installed inside the guide block in a longitudinal direction, thereby transferring the guide block to an axial direction by rotating.
