PURPOSE: An E type pipe of a radiant tube and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to provide a radiant tube in which durability improves without interference in a combustion gas flow and simplify a process manufacturing the E type pipe of the same radiant tube.;CONSTITUTION: An E type pipe of a radiant tube comprises an E type upper plate(2), an E type lower plate(3), and an E type pipe(1). When comprising the E type pipe of a radiant tube, a material is comprised of an inconel metal plate. An E type upper plate performs a blanking on an inconel metal plate, and a central semicircle part(2a) and an elbow semicircle part(2b) are formed in one body. A central semicircle part(3a) and an elbow semicircle part(3b) are formed in one body in an E type lower plate. An E type pipe is formed in one body by a mutual welding in order to be a cylinder by facing each other. An E type pipe manufacturing method of a radiant tube comprises a step preparing an E type upper plate and an E type lower plate through a blanking process by preparing an inconel metal plate, a step evenly spreading carbon on an E type upper plate, an E type lower plate, and the molding part of a top and bottom mold, a step molding into a semicircle by pressurizing an E type lower plate(3) in which a central semicircle part and an elbow semicircle part are formed in one body, and a step mutually welding an E type upper plate(2) and an E type lower plate molded in a semicircle to be a cylinder by facing each other.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
