PURPOSE: A molten steel discharging apparatus is provided to evenly discharge molten steel to a molten steel surface of a mold, thereby minimizing the temperature deviation in the molten steel supplied to the molten steel surface.;CONSTITUTION: A molten steel discharging apparatus comprises a main body part(142), a molten steel inlet, and a discharging unit. The main body part is provided to keep molten steel between a tundish and a mold. The molten steel inlet is on the top of the main body part, and the molten steel supplied from the tundish(120) is injected into the molten steel inlet. The discharging unit evenly discharges the molten steel which is supplied to and kept in the lower part of the main body part. The discharging unit penetrates the lower part of the main body part and includes a plurality of molten steel discharging holes(148) which discharge the molten steel kept in the main body part. The cover unit(150) which guides the injection of molten steel by sealing the gaps between the tundish and the molten steel discharging holes in the main body part is included. The inside of the cover unit is filled with inert gas. A sealing member(154) to seal the gap between the main body part and the mold is also included.
