PURPOSE: An integrated measuring device for simultaneously performing a power measurement function and the spectrum analysis of an RF signal is provided to reduce costs for implementing and manufacturing equipments.;CONSTITUTION: An integrated measuring device(10) includes a distributer(130), a spectrum analysis module(150), a power measuring module(190), and a control board module(170). The distributer distributes a supplied first RF signal to a second RF signal and a third RF signal. The spectrum analysis module analyzes a frequency spectrum of the second RF signal outputted from the distributer and outputs the analyzed result. The power measuring module measures a power level of the third RF signal outputted from the distributer and outputs the analyzed result.
