PURPOSE: A system for reproducing a moving pictures file and providing a moving pictures information service is provided to supply information corresponding to a moving pictures scene from a moving pictures information file server to a user by using a moving pictures reproduction device and various TV platforms.;CONSTITUTION: A moving pictures reproduction device(100) receives a moving pictures file and a moving pictures information file. The moving pictures reproduction device displays product information in moving pictures; displays information for the whole frame in the moving pictures; and purchases a selected product. A moving pictures file server(200) stores the information for the whole frame and transmits the moving pictures file.
