PURPOSE: A drain device for a concrete water tank is provided to discharge the water collected in a concrete water tank selectively, and facilitate the discharge of leachate inflowing to the concrete water tank and dew condensation water to the outside of the concrete water tank.;CONSTITUTION: A drain device for a concrete water tank comprises the following steps: A water collecting well (110) is formed as sunk downwardly on the bottom of the concrete water tank, a water inflow pipe and a water outflow pipe are installed in the upper and the lower part of a wall body on the bottom of the concrete water tank. A waterproof sheet (120) is fixed on the inner wall and the bottom of the concrete water tank to prevent leachate from inflowing to the concrete water tank inside or outflowing from the concrete water tank. A double drain pipe (130) drains the collected water to a drain pipe(131), insolates the leachate and the dew condensation water to prevent from an inflow to the water collecting well, and drains it to the outside of the concrete water tank. The waterproof sheet is one of a synthetic resin sheet or a stainless panel. The double drain pipe comprises a drain pipe draining the collected water flowed into the water collecting well, and a drain induction pipe (132) connected to the outside of the concrete water tank. A spacer(133) maintains a fixed interval between the drain pipe and the drain induction pipe. A filtering member (134) selectively filters foreign materials contained in the collected water in the water collecting well.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
