PURPOSE: A random access control method for effectively sensing a cooperative spectrum in a recognition wireless based frequency resource sharing system is provided to effectively detect a signal of a user terminal.;CONSTITUTION: A sensing node senses a spectrum in order to detect a signal for a user terminal(S101). The sensing node calculates area detection statistic rates based on a spectrum sensing result(S102). The sensing node calculates transmission rates based on the calculated area detection static rates(S104). The sensing node transmits sensing information to a fusion center based on the calculated transmission rates(S106).
