RUST REMOVING DEVICE FOR AN IRON SQUARE PIPE, CAPABLE OF IMPROVING PRODUCTIVITY BY CONSECUTIVELY REMOVING RUST AND FOREIGN MATERIALS ON A SURFACE OF A STEEL SQUARE PIPE BY USING FIRST TO FOURTH BRUSH UNITS
PURPOSE: A rust removing device for an iron square pipe is provided to easily replace cup brushes by installing the cup brushes on a front end portion of a rotary shaft of a driving motor by a direction connection method.;CONSTITUTION: A rust removing device(400) for an iron square pipe comprises first, second, third, and fourth brush units(430,440,450,460). The first, second, third, and the fourth brush units comprises lead screws(432,442,452,462), linear motion-moving blocks(433,443,453,463), driving motors(434,444,454,464), and cup brushes(435,445,455,465). The lead screws idle in forward and reverse directions by the rotation-operation of handles(431,441,451,461). The linear motion-moving blocks are engaged in the middle of the lead screws and moved by the forward and reverse rotations of the lead screws. Each rotary shafts of the driving motors is fixed on the top of the linear motion-moving block to be faced the lateral side of a square pipe(300). The cup brushes are arranged in the front end portions of the driving motors in an axial direction and brush the lateral side of the square pipe.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
