PURPOSE: A key structure capable of floating on water is provided to easily find a key when the key is lost because the key floats on the water by buoyancy, and to be easily distinguished with the unaided eye due to a joined reflecting member.;CONSTITUTION: A key structure(10) capable of floating on water is composed of a ring member(11), a key(12), and a float member(13). The ring member can be put on a wrist. The key is joined to the ring member. The float member is joined to the ring member. A reflecting member(14) is joined to the ring member.
