PURPOSE: A remodeling structure of a sewage culvert for expanding a cross section and a construction method thereof are provided to rapidly and cost-efficiently expand the cross section of the sewage culvert by removing a portion of an upper slab or lower slab and installing an expanded sewage culvert in the removed portion.;CONSTITUTION: A remodeling structure of a sewage culvert for expanding a cross section comprises a sewage culvert(100) and an upper expanded sewage culvert(300). The sewage culvert is buried in the ground, and an upper slab(110) thereof is removed.
