PURPOSE: A manufacturing method an acer tegmentosum extract is provided to easily offer hot water extract of acer tagmentosum maxim which has excellent antioxidative effect.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method an acer tegmentosum extract comprises: a step of extracting acer tegmentosum maximum twigs in hot water at 80-100 °C; a step of solvent-fractionation of the hot water extract of the acer tegmentosum maxim; and a step of separating the residues of the solvent-fractionation of the hot water extract of the acer tegmentosum maximum by one on more selected from silicagel column chromatography, dextran, gel column chromatography, octadecylsilane column chromatography and HPLC.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
