PURPOSE: A method and a device for culturing fishes are provided to control of the stress of fishes using a specific light source of an LED. CONSTITUTION: A method for culturing fishes is as follows. A filtering device and an oxygen supply device are connected to a water tub. Fishes are cultured in a water tub in which a plurality of LED light sources is installed. The natural light is blocked in a starved state of fishes and lighting period of different LEDs is controlled while culturing fishes for 1-12 days.
